We were sitting with leadership, and the challenge was real: How do you stop responsible leadership from being a purely theoretical concept? How do you actually get it working, every day, in leadership and marketing?
We skipped the heavy presentation. Instead, we put the core problem on the table and got hands-on. Using dynamic tools like Lego® SERIOUS PLAY and Design Thinking, we partnered with the leaders. This wasn't about telling them what to do; it was about guiding them to co-create practical solutions and personal commitments.
The outcome? The group start to flip their mindset: they shifted from being the 'boss' to the 'guide,' prioritizing long-term viability and trust over short-term wins. This case shows how we turn intention into measurable organizational shifts - by getting real people to own the change.
