Strategic empowerment: from intuition to impact with aime agency

As a fast-moving social media and digital marketing agency, aime already had extensive experience in creation and social media. However, the daily grind of high-speed execution often left little room for considering the 'why' behind the 'what'. The team wanted to bridge the gap between creative intuition and systematic strategy, providing their clients with even more robust arguments and long-term value.

 

Over two intensive sessions, we worked on embedding strategic competence directly into their daily agency life.

 

Our collaboration focused on:

 

mindset shift: consistently questioning the status quo and prioritising the 'why'.

 

framework integration: Implementing actionable tools to make strategies visible and defendable.

 

the art of argumentation: We trained the team to translate complex strategic insights into compelling 'story arcs' and high-impact two-minute pitches for client dialogues.

 

By applying these frameworks to real-world project examples, the aime team successfully defined a new workflow for their agency. They introduced fixed 'Strategy Check-ins', created unified briefing templates and embraced a culture where insights always precede creative ideas.

Elevating luxury: from creative vision to commercial clarity

A Vienna-based luxury jewelry brand with an international team and a strong creative vision, but limited commercial structure, set out to turn its creative DNA into a scalable business. 

The goal was to bridge the gap between high-end craftsmanship and a strategic, data-driven, market presence.


To provide the highest level of expertise for this case, Propelled teamed up with us. As combined forces, we acted as a unified powerhouse to guide the brand’s team through a deep-dive evolution of their business model.


Our collaborative focus included:


commercial clarity: Aligning collections and customer segments into a business model that supports sustainable growth, using the business model canvas framework.


strategic positioning: Defining a narrative-driven brand positioning rooted in personal transformation where each piece becomes part of a larger story customers buy into. Output included a brand manifesto centered around transformation and self-discovery.


operational roadmap: Building a system of micro-collections, structured storytelling, and a marketing funnel designed to convert creative output into demand. Establishing workflows, action plans and oversight tools that allow for a clear way forward the team can operate with.


By combining Propelled’s sales and marketing expertise with Begin’s strategic drive, the brand now operates with a clear commercial backbone behind its creativity, enabling the team to make sharper decisions, launch with intention, and scale without losing its artistic edge.

Responsible Leadership Workshop - MCÖ

We were sitting with leadership, and the challenge was real: How do you stop responsible leadership from being a purely theoretical concept? How do you actually get it working, every day, in leadership and marketing?

We skipped the heavy presentation. Instead, we put the core problem on the table and got hands-on. Using dynamic tools like Lego® SERIOUS PLAY and Design Thinking, we partnered with the leaders. This wasn't about telling them what to do; it was about guiding them to co-create practical solutions and personal commitments.

The outcome? The group start to flip their mindset: they shifted from being the 'boss' to the 'guide,' prioritizing long-term viability and trust over short-term wins. This case shows how we turn intention into measurable organizational shifts - by getting real people to own the change.
